The senior U.S. Senator from New York, Democrat Charles “Chuck” Schumer has issued a proclamation honoring Scientology subsidiary Foundation for a Drug Free World for conducting over 950 school seminars. Schumer is the favorite to become Senate Minority Leader following the retirement of Sen. Harry Reid.

Couldn’t you have made it look any more tacky, Senator? Love the off-centre italic Gothic (!) and the underlined ‘PROCLAMATION’ (presumably because you don’t know how to bold text in MS Word), but what about sticking some Comic Sans in there just to complete the effect, eh?
