Scientology Concert To Raise Money In Nepal

Scientology sent teams of paramedics and rescue workers into Nepal following the recent destructive earthquake. Now it’s time for Nepal to give back to Scientology. Yesterday the front group Youth for Human Rights held a benefit concert at the Butwal Nepal facility in Kathmandu, which appears to be a field surrounded by corrugated metal fences. We particularly like the multimedia presentation above, complete with a Windows error message.

We think the money raised will be used for training Volunteer Ministers to do “touch assists,” paying Scientology for their literature on Human Rights, and maybe just going to Scientology accounts directly. It seems to us that the crowd, while enthusiastic about the music, should not be donating to Scientology, but rather taking care of their families and communities.
