We previously reported that a new Narconon is being built in Colombia. We believe this is a second facility, the first being near the town of Mesitas del Colegio, West of Bogota. We don’t know the location of the new Narconon yet, but we suspect it’s within a few miles of the city of Cali. From the photos it appears that part of the complex is complete, but the area next to the pool is still under construction.
