The Costa Rica Ideal Org has no building, little money, and few members. But they just got a cross, and that is the key first step. Each Ideal Org has a unique Scientology cross that represents unique aspects of their city or country. It is to be used on the web site, in promotional materials, and a physical cross is constructed to hang in the lobby. It is a rallying point to encourage donations. It represents Int. management’s OK that you are authorized to raise funds, look for a building, train staff, and start the process towards your own Ideal Org.
To mark the occasion, Costa Rica has two new Ideal Org status upgrades. Maria Elena Ulate is now a Colaborador, and Gustavo Carballo is now an Alumni.
