Comandante Alejandro Tapia will be speaking on the subject of crime prevention at the Polanco Scientology Org in Mexico City on April 10th. A Comandante is similar to a police captain in the US. The event features Scientology front groups Foundation for a Drug Free World, The Way to Happiness and the Citizen’s Commission on Human Rights.
