Technical School No. 17 is a public secondary school in Concordia La Rosita, in the state of Coahuila, Mexico. Yesterday they welcomed a Scientology presentation on The Way To Happiness. Although the booklet is promoted as solving the problems of crime, war and violence, in this school the emphasis is on anti-bullying.
