Scientology is building a new Narconon in Colombia, which will be the second rehab facility in that country. Unlike almost all other Narconons, which are existing buildings that are renovated to become rehab facilities, this is being built from the ground up. It doesn’t appear to be nearly large enough to be an Ideal, or Continental Narconon. We hope to locate this facility in the near future, but in the meantime here is the construction site.
