Community Narconon Argo, Inauguration
November 24, 2014

On 23 November, in Spedino Borgorose, the director of community Narconon Argo Onlus, Paul Corneli with its operators and its guests, met with local authorities and many friends to celebrate the official opening of the center. The association Narconon Argo was formed last March and has settled in New York in order to face the rampant spread of drugs and alcohol: a phenomenon of epidemic proportions.

To counter this community Narconon Argo is committed to helping all those who live the drama of addiction freeing them from the bondage of drugs and alcohol. This is achieved by a proven and effective rehabilitation program is entirely based on the works of the philosopher and humanitarian Ron Hubbard, an educational / rehabilitation that returns to the addict skills essential for a healthy existence and manager who is able to give back to the families lost affections.

The mayor of Borgorose, Dr. Mariano Calisse, in his welcome address, stressed that prevention is a viable way to educate young people to a life without drugs and announced it will provide the council hall of his town for a conference prevention for schools.

Before the usual inaugural ribbon cutting, Don Nazzareno hoped the center operators and guests fruitful results and concluded his speech with the holy blessing.

The party was also an opportunity to distribute to present the new magazine “Method and Results”, which illustrates the prevention activities carried out in schools and rehabilitation activities that communities Narconon present in Italy and abroad held successfully for over forty years.

Jim Mathers Goes to South Africa

WISE is holding a seminar with Scientologist Jim Mathers this coming Sunday near Johannesburg. Jim is the CEO of Consumer Energy Solutions, Inc., and a frequent speaker at WISE events around the world. He is also involved in the Foundation for a Drug Free World – a Scientology group.

Jim is a Super Power graduate, and recently re-started his bridge, and poses with his Hubbard Graduate of Student Technology certificate, also known as “Student Hat.”

Joburg North Ideal Org

The Joburg North org in South Africa has purchased a building to become the new Ideal Org in Randburg. This flyer from The Underground Bunker today provides some of the details.

Until the renovations, or “renos” are complete, Scientology prefers to keep the location of Ideal Org buildings secret. We can confirm the location of this building as 10 Hunter Street, at the intersection with Bram Fischer Drive, Randburg.

Click for Google Maps location.

The building is the former Fern Manor office building, and includes covered parking spaces, a security fence, guard house and drop gate across the entrance.

We do not know the purchase price of the property, but can do rough calculations. Office space in Randburg sells for 6,500 Rand to 7,200 Rand per square meter. At 4,500 sq.m. the purchase prices would be about 29,240,000 – 32,400,000 Rand, or US$2.6 million – US$3 million.

The Way to Happiness Education
for iPhone and iPad

No one questions that moral standards have declined over the decades. Skyrocketing drug and alcohol abuse, now all too prevalent among young people, has brought increased crime to schools, cities and countries. Statistics show that proliferation of drugs and escalating violence go hand in hand.

Honesty, decency and a sense of self-respect are perverted daily from a multitude of sources. Our youth are exposed to peer pressure, and associations with ill-intentioned people who seek to make their living by destructive means and degradation, without discrimination or scruple.

And as we are all too aware, violence is not just limited to dark alleys and back streets. Bloodshed in school classrooms, school lunch halls and even playgrounds is far too common.

We are committed to making a change using The Way to Happiness—a common sense guide to better living which has been distributed to 87 million people in 97 languages.

The Way to Happiness Online Education iPad application is made available for FREE to teachers and leaders of community youth groups, as a vital tool to help you halt the moral decay plaguing our communities. Providing effective strategies and practical tools, it is available for use in classrooms and community groups.
